Lots to win for cloud applications in Europe

Cloud applications are still a minority, but trends in Latin America and Asia show a great adoption rate. Hence, cloud applications are viable. And Europe may suffer from the dialectics of progress, but since it’s proven to work, we expect an acceleration in Europe in the near future.

Recent research support this acceleration. Contraire to what one might expect, the main reason, in Europe, for moving to the cloud is not lower cost or OPEX vs CAPEX. Although financial reasons are existing, the primairy drive is the flexible delivery model and the fast application deployment.
